1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange Request: If you wish to exchange the product for another size or variant.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item should include all tags, labels, and any accessories that came with it.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Personal care items (perfumes, scents, and skincare) once the seal has been broken.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns or exchanges initiated for personal preferences, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please mention the new product or size you would like. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and verified.
